We know from Able-Seaman Tom Ellison that at the height of the mutiny Mr. He stood about 5’ 9” tall, was “strongly built” although somewhat bow-legged. The destination was Tahiti, and the mission was to obtain saplings of the breadfruit tree, and to convey these safely to various stations in the West Indies, where they would be propagated as a source of cheap, fast-growing food for slaves. His Majesty’s Armed Vessel Bounty set sail from England in December of 1787, under the command of 33-year old lieutenant William Bligh. It very soon became clear, however, that even elemental facts about the story were thrillingly murky, including where the story really began and where it ended. I thought it would be fascinating to dig into this less familiar chapter of the Bounty saga-the quest of the HMS Pandora for the mutineers and the subsequent voyage of the captives back to England, in chains, to face the music. you have to have a mix of efficient and long range or use some multi-cannons, For bounty farming efficiency, I only use lasers. My interest in the story of the Bounty was triggered by a short article in the New York Times reporting on the discovery of a ship that, some 200 years ago, had been wrecked on the Great Barrier Reef while carrying 14 captured mutineers of HMAV Bounty. You have to balance the power of your weapons against what the power distributor can deliver., so you can't just fill up with long range lasers. Whatever ship you get, the most important things for bounty farming are speed, long range sensors and long-range lasers. To make the most money from bounty farming, a Vulture, FAS or Chieftain work very well in a low RES doing pirate massacre missions, where you get around 200 mil an hour when ranked up and repped up. In a high RES, you have the police to help, so again, you can use anything as long as you only shoot the ships that the police are already shooting. In a haz RES you need fairly substantial engineering to deal with the elite Anacondas and FDLs. Without engineering, there's only one: Vulture. Granted, people keep saying that anaconda/corvette is better at PvE, but they are large, sometimes you just want to have medium ones to land, not to mention that you can use FDL to hunt nearby areas just fine, even it's better when you add 1A fuel scoop. My record is three hours, but then, when i got back, my ship nearly got destroyed and with broken canopy (thanks to life support d i made it back alive, lol). I use a huge gimbal mc (autoloader) and 4 fixed pulse laser (Efficient), on top of bi-weave shield (engineered for regen and resist), with engineered power distributor it will allow you to keep firing non stop, and sustain ammo just enough to do one hour of shooting pirates without even going back to base for restocking ammo, and without going back for repair either. Multiple enemies in Hazardous Resource Extraction (HazRes) or Master+ Anacondas, and capability to flee when close to death, it's my go to ship in medium. No joke, I used vulture, chieftain, krait mk2, python, FAS, and FDL, FDL is the ship that can keep me alive the longest. It's not PvE meta and it's more like PvP meta, however, with correct tuning, it is the best medium ship for any bounty hunting. Right now, with that budget, i would recommend vulture, until you able to gain a little more, to switch to FDL at 130M budget.
